It's Been Awhile

Since I posted random pics taken around Austin...as in no rhyme or reason. Happy Friday!

As promised part 2 of Art on the Green at Laguna Gloria...

 We weren't real sure what the above animal was, thanks to a 3 year old for setting us straight. It's an opossum and below is his poo. Yes, we were set straight real fast on that one! 

 And yes, I felt you needed 2 shots of the poo...

Golf Anyone

Ok, more like put-put, but seriously decorated put-put. Laguna Gloria is currently hosting Art on the Green where architects, landscape designers, etc., designed a 9 hole course. Here are some pix. Warning this will be a 2-part post, lucky you! 

The 9th hole is pretty intense with their decor...I don't have a full shot of this hole, just several mini-shots.

Peacock

I know it's been a while since I've reminded you, dear reader, I still to this day love peacock blue. At the moment I'm taking a painting class every Saturday morning out at Laguna Gloria. As luck would have it they have peacocks on their property, and lucky me I had a lovely peacock pose for me this morning. Hope you enjoy!
